Community impact is a core part of who we are at Diode Laser Concepts. We believe our responsibility extends beyond the products we build to the people and places we are part of. Through regular volunteer service we support local organizations and causes that strengthen families, create opportunity, and serve those in need. This commitment reflects our values and reinforces a culture rooted in service, integrity, and care for others.

Hearts With A Mission
Mission: Serving homeless and at-risk youth through shelter, education, mentoring, and transition support with a faith-based approach.
What We Do: We support staff by handling facility and grounds projects that help create a safe, welcoming environment.
Pacific Bible College
Mission: Equipping students through Christ-centered education to become capable, service-driven leaders.
What We Do: We support Pacific Bible College’s impact on education, workforce development, and community service throughout Southern Oregon.
Roosevelt Elementary
Mission: Creating a positive learning environment where every student can succeed through engaging academics.
What We Do: We support teachers and engage with students to foster meaningful learning throughout the school year.
Food & Friends
Mission: Providing meals to seniors who cannot shop or cook due to illness or disability.
What We Do: We prepare and deliver meals that offer nourishment, personal connection, and care to seniors and others in need.
Youth 71Five Ministries
Mission: Youth 71Five Ministries exists to share God’s Story of hope with young people through trusting relationships in any relevant way.
What We Do: We mobilize responsible caring adults to be engaged in trusting relationships with young people. These relationships are the foundation for guiding young people according to the teachings of Jesus Christ—helping them to develop the mental, physical, social, and spiritual components of their lives.
